I Heart Cambodia is the most authentic Cambodian restaurant in south Philadelphia. I recommend getting the rice noodle with beef and meatball or Phnom Penh noodle. The flavor really remind me of my time in Cambodia. Considering how expensive food and groceries have inflated, their price haven’t gone up much. I had the Phnom Penh special rice noodle soup. It was very good. Other items we had were average at best. Place is not in a great area and parking sucks. Pretty run down and sort of dirty.

I think I Heart Cambodia has some solid food! I got the Rice Noodle Soup with Pork, which hit the spot for me. I think I particularly enjoyed it because I was pretty hungry and was craving something soupy. I think objectively it's pretty decent, though nothing phenomenal.
