I live and work a few blocks from this location in the food court of the Comcast Center and I'm pretty sure I e always had a good experience. They have a saladworks type side where you can grab a gourmet salad or make your own. On the other side, you can make your own sandwich or choose any one of their specialties off their menu board. The food is just ok. It's a convenient spot to grab something quick and overpriced if you work in the area. Like most other establishments in the Comcast Center, the service and food was better pre-pandemic. The tall hispanic woman that works there ALWAYS has an attitude! Her negative spirit alone makes me not want to frequent this place.

So today, I'm a little annoyed. I ordered my usual, nothing special, Cesar salad. It comes with egg, and the guy making my salad asked another team member to add egg, which normally wouldn't be an issue However, the team member that put egg on my salad was making a Buffalo Chicken Salad, so now the egg in my salad has Buffalo sauce on it.
