What a treat to get a real steak sandwich on our layover at the airport. Service was fast, and the sandwich was great. Lots of yummy options. It would be helpful to have forks, as they are quite messy.
Between flights the hunger started to hit and even if this time I wanted to restrain myself from a Philly cheesecake... I gave up. Ordered cheesesteak with provolone and I asked the worker to make it original. They added just some grilled onion. The bread was fresh same as the other ingredients... but... the sandwich turned to be little drier than what I've had in the past either downtown or at other places at PHL. Restaurant hours say this doesn’t open until 10 or 11, but it was open at 7:45AM on a Sunday morning (along with almost everything else in the terminal). Not the ideal time for a cheesesteak but we did it..Was an ok substitute for the real Jim’s while it’s closed (and better than most things at the airport).
