I ordered a 3pc combo. I'm usually asked 'Original or Crispy", not this time. I ended up with some stale, hard crispy chicken. I was so angry. Didn't bother to call and complain because it's hard to get somebody to answer the phone. I ate what I could and shared the rest with my puppy. Lesson learned.
The fact that it’s only 3 females working in the store today a long line wrapped around the store you would expect for your food to be thrown together not at all and that’s details from my DoorDash driver the females working today 02/26/23 deserve thee highest pay in the books all my food was well done from the sandwich to the Mac to fries which is all I had I know how frustrating it can be working in these fast food restaurants with rude customer.etc…. So I’m from jersey but I’m out in PA to visit the zoo and I stopped by to get some food. I just wanna say customer service was A1. Employees deserve a raise or something. The young gentleman was very fast past and kind. Well mannered and approachable.:). Will definitely be back
