i ordered a 16pc family meal the young boys in there gave me 9pc of burned chicken i dont know about day shift but the night shift is all knuckle head teenagers the place is filthy the floor feels like they mopped with a bucket of oil you have to wait for about 20 min for your food its ridiculous that was my favorite kfc they need to fire the whole crew and hire new people its ashame

We ordered from DoorDash and the food was awful, some items were also missing. This isn’t the first time. We hadn’t ordered from here in over 14 months and were hoping it had gotten better. I ordered a two piece white meat and got this dried out drumstick and wing. The biscuits were also old and dry.

Super undisciplined employees, you don't serve customers, they start playing and waste time, if I were the boss of this store I would throw them all out.
30 minutes waiting on drivethru order, they send me to the parking lot to wait for the order, i step down from my vehicle after seems everyone inside the store playing on the window while they have a looong line waiting to be attended. My food was ready but nobody wanted to give it to me outside. When i walked in, the girls in the kitchen were playing with their hair with the kitchen gloves. I asked for the manager on duty, and someone from the kitchen screamed that there was no manager here. That's how business fell out to close.

I just did a review on Taco Bell. This particular store location offers KFC and Taco Bell. I believe my order contained both KFC and TB.i used the drive thru. The menu sign's, lettering was difficult for my to read. The audio from the speaker made it unclear for me to hear the employee. So, the whole ordering process was awkward for me and the employee taking to order. At the end of the day, they got the whole order correct!
