This is the worst kfc in Philly this people working here lazy flavor of chicken and mash potatoes is really bad they dirty as hell they never open at 11 is always something in this
i ordered a 16pc family meal the young boys in there gave me 9pc of burned chicken i dont know about day shift but the night shift is all knuckle head teenagers the place is filthy the floor feels like they mopped with a bucket of oil you have to wait for about 20 min for your food its ridiculous that was my favorite kfc they need to fire the whole crew and hire new people its ashame

Drive thru food was hard like day old already cooked chicken. Lady in drive thru was rude. They had to know that chicken was bad. What a waste of money. I stopped going there for over a year and said let me try it again. Nothing has changed. Got worse. I went on 4/1/2024 around 4pm
