Over priced. Based price on menu does not include bubbles (which is pretty basic). Also will charge you sugar tax as well.So a large regular milk tea with bubbles was about over 7 dollars. Fine, except the bubbles had a strange artifical tea flavor.

my son goes here 3-4x a week. There's sufficient seating, but no one greeted or served me while I stood in front of the counter so I just seated myself facing the front window on the high chairs. they have bubble teas and smoothies, wifi, and small selection of quick bites of Asian food but I've been to other locations that were quicker service and more selection and seating/ parking.

Waited over twenty minutes for two drinks, they messed up and forgot the bubbles
Asked the bubble tender if classic tea had bubbles, he said no. So i ordered rosehip bubble tea with no sugar. He said best they can do is 70%. And then charged 30cents extra for sugar tax. And didn't even put any bubbles. Great bubble tea ship.

A Standard Sip: Kung Fu Tea in Review Kung Fu Tea is a pretty standard bubble tea spot. The decor is on-theme, and there's a basic seating area for a casual sit-down. I tried the Taro Milk Tea. It was, well, standard. I usually go for less sugar, but I forgot to mention it this time, so it ended up being quite sweet. But that's on me, not them. The boba was okay - about what you'd expect from a chain. Nothing to write home about, but it did the job. Service was quick, which was a plus. I had my order in hand within 5 minutes. All in all, Kung Fu Tea is a decent spot for a quick boba fix. Nothing more, nothing less
