I've been eating here with my family for years and we're never disappointed! Delicious food at reasonable prices, always available seating, and they are accommodating if you have small children with you or a stroller. They also deliver.
Pho Cali offers some of the best food in Philadelphia. If you like Pho you need to try it. It's my immediate go to when craving any kind of soup. Their food is spectacular and the staff are kind and attentive. No matter how full I am, Pho Cali always leaves me wanting more.

Great pho and Vietnamese food!I got the grilled pork banh mi and my colleague got the chicken pho. My banh mi was so good! And my colleague finished his bowl. One of the best banh mi sandwiches I’ve had in the city. The bread was perfect and the pork was so flavourful. Highly recommend to dine in for lunch or even take out!
