Noodles are on the softer side that I like Shimiao more. Tomato soup is very yummy and I also think it is from real tomatoes instead of pre packaged. This is a big plus coz my whole family love tomato flavored soup. The spicy one is very spicy but watery, lack the thickness of beef broth.
