Madame Saito's private class was so much fun. She's a fantastic coach & teacher, and made me & my girlfriend's night very memorable. She made us feel very comfortable (having never made sushi before) & was encouraging the entire process. Excited to come back & take a private group class with some friends. 10/10 would recommend.
This was one memorable experience. You will learn the history of sushi and Madame Saito in addition to the skills on how to make the various kinds of sushi. The private class setting was perfect and I definitely recommend this to all sushi lovers.
