I just had Marathon delivered via Uber Eats on Tuesday night. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, some cheesesteak wontons and a brownie Sunday. I got food poisoning most likely from the chicken. Within an hour or so after eating my stomach started to swell and I was very uncomfortable and went to bed early. The next day I was painfully sick throwing up, and diarrheal, running to the bathroom to use it all day unable to keep anything down. I also had a terrible headache that I’m still getting over most likely due to all the vomiting. I 100% know it was the food from Marathon because I broke an all day fast with that meal and other than that had only had a cup of coffee. I don’t have any food allergies and don’t have a weak stomach so this chicken must have been bad or under cooked or something. I’ve only ever felt so bad years ago with the flu. Now that the food is all out of my system I’m feeling fine but mortified by the experience.
