The staff was nice and friendly but the hoagies were no good. I was at the NJ location in HiNella/Somerdale. I ordered an Italian special. They only had sharp provolone, so no substitutions there. I also ordered a Jewish hoagie with american instead of Swiss. I ordered it with mayo, but couldn’t see any on my sandwich so it was very dry and the bread seemed like it was on the stale side with no real flavor. Staff is great, but food is what will prevent me from ever going back. Sorry, but if you can’t get a simple hoagie right, then I’m not trusting anything else.
Everything is all good unless you make a purchase for less than $5 and try to pay with a card! Very few people carry cash in 2018!! Even if the total is just under $5, they look at you stupidly stating that you need to purchase something else it pay another way! Keeping in mind that people are trying to get to work or get lunch, etc! Do NOT support this tired deli until they can catch up to 2018!

The server at 30th Station ignored me when I tried to place an order and only engaged with that other customer (who was obviously there behind me). I just walked off and told him he was disrespectful. 5/25/23 between 7-7:30 am
