Bartender cursed us out for trying to leave through the back door. Owners kind of a prick too. Props to him to backing up his employees, but the people who work this place suck. People outside were complaining as well. Happy st paddy’s day tho! Wouldn’t recommend unless I don’t like you.

Great place for an Irish beer. The barmaid was friendly and poured the Guinness properly. Highly recommend a visit!

Stopped by to see the bar that may have inspired Paddy's from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Nice pub with lots of friendly patrons.

A true dive bar. Like, acutally. A lot of trendy places call themselves dive bars but still charge 15 dollars for drinks and only have sour beers on tap.The drinks are cheap, there is heavy cigarette smoke in the air and the bartenders are a true slice of Philadelphia (but extremely friendly). Came here originally because of it being the namesake of my favorite TV show, but enjoyed an authentic experience that couldn't be replicated elsewhere.

Needed a place to briefly hang out for a half hour and we tripped over Paddy's, a small dive bar apparently the inspiration for "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." First, didn't know there are bars you can still smoke in any U.S. city, let alone Philadelphia. (A warning if you don't like smoke.) Second as a designated driver for the evening, tried a nice zero option, Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher. Worth checking out including all the wall memorabilia.

It's a conveniently placed bar in Old City to drink at with several flat screen TV's playing sports programming, merchandise, COLD DRINKS, & friendly service!

Only for smokers. One of the few bars you can still smoke in, in the city. Great dive bar, cheap drinks and good humor.

Cool dive bar in Old City. Few beers on tap and a full service bar. Great prices too which was definitely welcomed. Our bar tender was really cool; she went upstairs to search for a shirt size for my husband to purchase. They have stickers and other stuff available for purchase too. They do allow smoking inside so be prepared for

This is a hidden gem. Amazing menu and creative drinks. We spent a few hours there on a Saturday

It was as expected a dive bar. Although we were there just for a quick stop and some swag, we enjoyed our brief time there and were happy we stopped.
