Not sure where all the negative reviews are stemming from. They are fast, delicious, and fairly priced for an overpriced neighborhood. I've never had a negative experience here, even when they are very busy.
The bagels are awesome but the prices are way too expensive. For example, I want to order a Breakfast Sammy and an apple juice so they charge me like 12 dollars. With that money, I could go to Dunkin' and get myself a breakfast croissant and some hashbrowns and maybe a donut. The staff is friendly and if you dont want something on your bagel (For example me with my no-cheese breakfast sammy) they will not add it. I arrived there shortly after 8 AM Saturday morning. I was immediately helped. Literally 45 seconds after I placed my order, they had my toasted bagel with cream cheese, wrapped, and in a bag ready for me. It's like they already knew I was coming!
