The customer service was fantastic today as I came in for their 25th anniversary!! I got pretzels & a pretzel dog which were both delicious especially with the cheese cup! I will definitely be back again soon for more ?
Bought a six pack of beer for watching Super Bowl qlong with six bag of their pretzels. Got home. Bag disappears. Found the bag, with a complimentary piece of a pretzel the size of my thumb. Yes, I became grateful for the bite size piece.

I always love going to the NE Philly Pretzel Factory on Frankford Avenue. I went in and orders some pretzels, pretzel dogs and a couple drinks. You can purchase Philadelphia Water Ice in the store as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pretzels are always fresh and delicious.
