On a Saturday afternoon, all tables were really dirty, service was not very impressive. The food was not cooked through very well, and tasted funny. I would not recommend going here.
Customer service is always poor. They never great you. Nobody is ever at the register. They take your order as if your bothering them. You will never get a thank you or a come again. I think they go out their way to hire unprofessional people. It's their theme.

The food at Popeyes was fantastic and was ready just in time, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of negative aspects: 1. The staff was a bit rude when I asked about an offer I saw on the app but wasn't available in-store. 2. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with trash on tables, sticky floors, and general dirtiness. It made the short time I spent there (less than 5 minutes since I was only picking up my order) quite uncomfortable.

Every time I go I am gambling if they will make the chicken right. Sometimes chicken is tender, sometimes it’s overcooked. Anything other than a basic order, they often forget the sides. They need better selection of chicken. How are they selling this quality?
Not the best location food quality in this location is never consistent, sometimes you get lucky and sometime you get food poisoning.
