Usually the Pizza is Great but today it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was spotty thin in places where the cheese covered outside of the pizza. We couldn’t even pick the pizza up to eat it. I had to give my 5 year old a Fork. Pizza is his favorite but he was very disappointed by this. Please do better.

Admittedly, I never was a fan of anything but jersey shore style Neapolitan. Renzi's was offered to me 17 years ago and since then it's my and my son's go-to. Great sauce! I could drink it. Cheese is good quality, not that cheap oily stuff. Crust is crisp & flakey, dough has nice chew to it. Every bit is always eaten, no scraps (pizza bones) for our doggie.

Every single time I order they mess my food up so now when I call they spend 5 minutes getting a manager to take my order, and the manager has a nasty attitude!I've been nothing but polite and I always tip. They're upset that I'm holding them to the standard of having my food prepared correctly. I'll just order elsewhere, I don't have time to worry about whether somebody's going to spit in my food or not.

I went yesterday to eat food there an food was not cooked properly I asked to speak to a Manager an they kept saying No Manager was there…I’m a customer of 3yrs an for the pass weeks my food hasn’t been cooked correctly my order was $68 an it was not worth it at all,the cooks need more cooking experience,I’m done with this place I’m not going back Good Luck Renzis

I have to say that I’m a pizza, connoisseur. Everything from the crust, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings. This pizza is by far the best I’ve had around here.

Just moved into this neighborhood, first pizzeria I went into as I waited for my niece to get out of school, pizza was delicious, wasn’t oily, crust was crispy, great customer service from the gentleman

Been ordering here for a few years, we order our pizza well done for that extra crisp, cheesesteaks are very good, Parm sandwiches are big and fill the rolls. Wings are good but I feel a bit pricey, overall it's a good experience.

I order a milkshake over the phone…my daughter gave me it to me….hard as rock…so I decided to walk in and order it, to see how it’s made.Lord and be hold. The worker went in the refrigerator and tried to give me a preorder one.WTHHHHH. when calling TELL THEM YOU WANT key words “FRESHLY MADE” milkshake…smh

The food is great, delivery is good, however I only did pickup 3 times from her and the 2 heavy set women are so rude! Slammed the pizza on the counter, put tip in cup and I didn't need a response, but it's not the first time, I said" thank you, have a good day" and nothing! She turned her back to me again. I felt so uncomfortable every time I came in. Will order in the future but NEVER pick up again
