As a chain I don’t know how you mess up ice cream but this location somehow managed to ruin something as simple as soft serve. Also, there is 0 customer service skills here, the staff is rude.
This year was my son's first trip to Philly. We saw the fireworks and walked down to get some Rita's. Unfortunately, it was late and the crowds were getting rowdy. The owners explained that they were closing because they wanted to make sure their employees were able to make it home safely. We explained that it was my son's first time in Philly and they served us. The owners were extremely nice, caring, and placed service before self.
