The water ice was great i love taking my family here. The only issue I had recently, is that the cup holder that is provided does not secure the water ice in place. I had an awful experience in my car when all the watetr ice was fallen everywhere. ? I went today to buy my kids water ice again and this time I told the young lady that the cup holders are not great. Hope there is better cup holders for families who has to drive back home. I guess it's been awhile since I last got soft serve ice cream from Rita's . My wife and I decided to go and enjoy something different for a change . I ordered a small vanilla ice cream in cup and a super pretzel soft pretzel . I was taken off guard when our order was given to us at the walk-up window .
