The workers here are all extremely rude to the customers. The manner in which they ask the customers questions and speak to them… it’s very accusatory and generally rude and not like any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Instead of speaking like they’re willing to help, they say things like “why are you doing that?” In an angry way. Worst customer service. The attitude from the employees is horrible — especially by the older short lady who was the cashier (she didn’t wear a name tag so i don’t know her name). I had them make an iced matcha latte with 2% milk, no other customization (a drink that i’ve had from starbucks so many times before) and it tasted sour. The aftertaste lingered horribly in my mouth.
