Biggest gripe I have is the hours of this place. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they don't stay open past 5 pm, when I get off work and need a coffee for my train commute home. There are other service issues as well (inefficiency, takes too long to get through the line), but with so many Starbucks closures lately at least the ones that are left ought to stay open!!

I've had to go in here several times as it's conveniently located in my route from the train to my doctors. Everyone has always been really nice, the shop is mostly clean, and I've never had a mistake with my order. They're pretty fast too.

Service is usually friendly and the drinks are done well, but there seems to be some kind of disconnect between the person taking the orders and those who actually expedite them. This particular store is adjacent to a regional rail station, and people depend on getting their drinks in a timely fashion, which just isn’t happening here! Once ordered, the drinks need to be fixed much more quickly. I left my $8 order at the counter because it wasn’t done in time for me to catch my train. I’m not independently wealthy, so that HURT! ? Not all the baristas are this slow, but the one today just happened to be washing dishes or whatever between orders and meanwhile I had been waiting five minutes or more. Try harder. Do better. Peace.

Very terrible service. Employees seem like they didn’t wanna be there. It wasn’t busy at all my order was forgotten. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. One employee oh no nicely said what is he just standing there for. Didn’t get my coffee made correctly. Just wanted black with expressing. Definitely will not be visiting this location again. What a waste of 12 dollars.

I made an mobile pick up order, and I ask for no ice and this drink was 8 bucks because I already paid for extra sweet cream, which is 3/4, I didnt mind it wasn’t fill all the way up, but it was way too insane, it was less then half of the cup with the cold foam add, it didn’t make sense even if I didn’t want it ice it should be at least, 3/4 cup because the drink was 8 buck and I added money, I ask the girl barista was short hair and glass if I can get more milk, I don’t mind paying right now, she was rude and said that’s not the issue, you should have order a latter then. Like lady, I told you I didn’t mind paying for more milk, what’s so hard charging me the milk, since you have the nerves to be ignorant, thankfully they guy behind her was really sweet, and help me out
