“The staff here is amazing - so nice and helpful. I was a bit early for my mobile order and they kept checking on me and making sure I was okay and being taken care of. Also helped me out when a person kept asking me for money and asked him to leave. They dealt with the situation very compassionately and I appreciated them stepping in.“

“As a Philly-Olney resident, this is the superior local taco bell chain. Only major difficulty being, trying to access the store from broad street.
Service and food quality can vary SIGNIFICANTLY from each franchise. A big tell for me, as a vegetarian, is how well burritos are filled and neatly wrapped to avoid mess, and contrary to others, this store doesn't skimp you, even with cheaper items.
I go out of my way to ensure I only go to this Taco bell rather than the combo KFC/Taco Bell, which is actually closer to me.

“Ordered from the app before leaving my house (5 mins away) during dinner time. My order was not ready when I got there however I was greeted and told it would be done soon. While standing there I observed the people working who were doing a PHENOMENAL job between helping the customers at the counter, the drive thru, and make the food. “Food is always good. Haven't experienced any problems with this KFC food wise. Now, getting all of my order? That's a whole nother subject. Check y'all bag for everything before you leave. “The food was Phenomenal. The service was pretty good. Atmosphere seemed to be quiet and controlled. The environment was also clean. HOWEVER ☝🏾 I came through the drive-through and ordered a meal, 3 hardshell Dorito tacos) The process of confirming the order for pick went fine it was only until I had to wait at least 10 minutes or more for my food which eventually lead me to pull up, park and go into the store to retrieve my order. They have to work on their time management other than that, they are GREAT !!!“
“I just stopped by this location & I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the young man working up front taking care of the pick up orders. He was so amazingly wonderful! He was the most friendly, outgoing employee- or just even PERSON- I've encountered in years & his kind service was much appreciated.
