I had the dungeonese crabs. The worst part about them was having to share when I got home. The crabs were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The service was excellent. The young lady that took my order was very kind. The facility was clean and smelled very nice.
Service was poor. Server was nice apparently new and not informed on what the details were for orders and information on food options. Order was messed up due to poor communication from employees and ineffective training on new staff. Order not throughly processed, did not receive all of my items on exit. Will shop around for better service and quality seafood.

I usually go to Bob's but after being fed up with their poor customer service I decided to try this place this past Friday. I was in and out, did not have to place an order beforehand, the cashier was pleasant and there was ample crabs available. I was urged to come in because I saw a big pot with steam coming out cooking outside. It's a pick up kind of place because it's small inside. I will most def come back and try something else.
