Yesterday morning, I had the absolute WORST chicken biscuit sandwich. The chicken was soggy, the biscuit was so dry…absolutely disgusting!!! I was so disappointed because I used to love them when they first came out. My stomach is so unsatisfied. Save yourself the heartache of going out your way after working an overnight shift to get breakfast just to end up disappointed and still be hungry… just go get you a chicken biscuit sandwich from chicfila!!! I hate it here!!! I’m so pissed off

Wendy's needs to update the time on Google maps that the dinning room closes so that people without vehicles don't waste their time traveling to get here and the staff is conditioned not to glance towards the windows lest they catch the glance of some poor schmoe who just rode his bike here.

Went there for lunch like I always do. The lady at the front counter was taking someone order then she started packing up and order. NOW IT'S GOING ON 5 MINUTES AND SHE NOT ONCE Acknowledge that I was standing there.Well WENDY because of lack of customer service I'll never step Foot in their AGAIN.

This Wendy's gets the order wrong over half of the time, and this one takes longer to get your order than other Wendy's I've been to. It's frustrating to always have an incorrect order that I've stopped complaining and just eat whatever they give me or buy salads because they are made ahead of time. But it's not good to have that reputation.
How do you not have heat on in dining area when it's 20 degrees outside? Ask this Wendy's... maybe they will tell you. Otherwise, the food was prepared as ordered.
