This Wendy's gets the order wrong over half of the time, and this one takes longer to get your order than other Wendy's I've been to. It's frustrating to always have an incorrect order that I've stopped complaining and just eat whatever they give me or buy salads because they are made ahead of time. But it's not good to have that reputation.
I just decided to pop on in for a simple meal, who knew it would take me over 1 hour to order a number 1 through the drive thru. I feel like service inside the location would have been faster.

Wendy's needs to update the time on Google maps that the dinning room closes so that people without vehicles don't waste their time traveling to get here and the staff is conditioned not to glance towards the windows lest they catch the glance of some poor schmoe who just rode his bike here.
