I'm aware that most of the employees are young adults with little customer service experience but I stood at the window waiting for a pickup order while one was texting away and the others were holding a full fledged conversation with each other.
This location has the potential to be amazing. However, I stopped by after work, around 4:30, and waited in line for 15 mins. Pick up orders seemed to be their priority. There were only two of us in line. No greetings from staff, or status updates regarding when someone may be able to help us. I was warned by my coworkers but wanted to give them a chance. We've seen so many businesses come and go at that location. They need to improve to survive.

Although the restaurant was full, there were only three people waiting to order. It’s a Friday at 4pm. A woman wearing glasses is walking around on her phone giving out pick up orders and then walking to the back to continue her conversation. Waited 18 mins to order and walked out. Was never acknowledged by her or any staff.
