If you enjoy waiting an hour for your food, order from here! I don't know why they always say "20 to 30 minutes" when it's more like 45 minutes to an hour. I ordered 10 wings, some fries, and a drink about 35 minutes prior to leaving to go pick the order up. Got there at the 45 minute mark and they hadn't even started making my order yet.Left to get my pizza which was ready in 10 minutes and came back 15 minutes later (the 1 hr mark) and my food still wasnt ready. This was my 3rd time visiting this location andI have to honestly say they must be under new management. My first two experiences we not enjoyable at all. Not a greeting when I came in, floors and tables dirty , and staff were goofing around playing unsavory music.This visit , was an entire 360, the manager was my cashier “ Robert “ and his customer service was amazing. DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP.We ordered at 4:57 and got our food at 5:37 after finally asking about our food.The wings flavor was bad and the fries were soggy and we did not even order anything that would make the fries soggy.
