Have been coming here for 5 years...never had a problem until today.. Owner Dimitri is a JERK! I ordered the open faced turkey and when I got home there was no bread at all. I called in, Dimitri confirmed with the staff they forgot to add the bread, and then he wanted to charge me $2 extra and come back to get the bread. (He said he gave me extra gravy on the side so that makes us even, but NO, I didn't agree to not get what I ordered just because u threw in a side of gravy) Unbelievable. Any other owner I know would have personally came and delivered it and wouldn't charge me, or would have offered me a discount. But this guy had a stick up his a$$. With restaurants fighting to get customers and paying crazy amounts of $$ for advertising, you'd think this guy would take care of his customer instead of nickle n diming me. WONT BE COMING BACK HERE, THATS FOR SURE!

We get take-out from this location. I love that they have fried mushrooms as not many places do. Their cheesesteaks are good although the rolls could be better. Good selection of items, reasonable prices.

Wasn't expecting anything above average due to being places in a strip mall and not very fancy. Wow!! Highly impressed with the food. One of the best cheesesteaks in the area. Fries were great also.

Phoenixville is known for their number of pizza places.. And it's a constant debate within the locals which is the best. Hog island, hands down has the best food overall for any option. Sandwiches, cheesesteaks, pizzas, wraps, and wings.. we have had it all and they do NOT disappoint. Not to mention the owner Dimitri will stop at nothing to help his customers. Their prices are justified with their portion sizes and quality of food is second to none. If you're looking for a well rounded joint, look no further!

Place is filthy the food was good a few years ago but it has gone downhill. Prices are also high 12 inch cheeses steak is $16.50 when paying by credit card, yes they charge more if you pay by credit card. Recommend to owners clean the place up clean your bathroom, fix your broken toilet in the men's room.

I have been a regular customer of Hog Island for several years, but tonight they lost me as a customer. I ordered a hoagie from Door Dash and immediately received a text saying my order was confirmed by Hog Island. Over an hour had passed and Door Dash was still saying that my order was being prepared. I called the store and was told the driver had left with my order. Shortly after I received a text from Door Dash that my order was complete. I waited and there was still no delivery. Thirty minutes after my first call I called again. The same gentleman who had told me my order was on the way proceeded to tell me they never received a slip from Door Dash. I reminded him that he had told me earlier that my order was on the way. He responded that he must have been confused, but that the driver was now on his way and should be there any minute. About 10 minutes later a frazzled delivery driver delivered my hoagie and told me he was the only driver working and he was sorry my order was late. It took almost 2 hours to delivery the worst hoagie I've had!! Did they change hands??? I'll never go back!

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap for delivery. Received a chicken bacon ranch wrap that seems like it had been under the heaters for quite some time. Both ends of the wrap were rock hard. I can't help but think it was a sandwich that was made in error and had just been sitting there, so they decided since I was a delivery order, may as well send it out. It's not like I'm gonna go over to the shop and do anything about it. Disappointed to say the least.
The food here is so good. It is a bit expensive but is so worth it. The pizza is really good and I also enjoy the chicken Caesar wrap. The cheesesteaks are also delicious and so are the chicken cheesesteaks. The delivery time is average around 40 minutes and if you pick up it is usually ready in 20. We have been coming for years and have never been disappointed.

we've ordered from here a couple of times through DoorDash and we have been more than pleased with everything that we have ordered. From the delicious calzones that are very generously sized for huge family and a extremely reasonable price to the delicious pizza that is baked to perfection. There is not been one missfrom this queen little shop if you're looking for an easy pizza, go to this is the place you should certainly order from for your Friday night pizza delivery.

We have found this to be some of the better takeout food in Phoenixville, which is why we gave it so many chances, however, when it's such a pain in the ass to deal with each time...it is no longer worth it. 1. The estimated delivery times are NEVER correct. Do not trust the app. Your delivery is pretty much a mystery, it could be early, it could be 2 hours late, either way there is NO predictability. 2. They use their own delivery drivers, which are some of the weirdest people doing the weirdest things I have seen from a delivery driver. The driver almost always shows up in a dirty apron - yes your delivery driver was likely just making your food, getting in their car to deliver food, and returning after being out and about in the same apron to give your food. 3 . See #2 - We live on a street only parking block, like a ton of people in the borough. This literally means we could have parked a block or two a way. The delivery driver showed up and kept asking "What car we drive" or they wouldn't deliver.....hello...you have our address, our car is completely irrelevant. We don't have a driveway, our car was on the next block over. DELIVER THE FOOD. 4. We have a porch overhang. They texted and called asking if they should still deliver the food, i appreciate it, but I told them to just leave it. They didn't and took it back with them? WTF..I think its up to me whether or not I want my food delivered. I had to call to have them bring it back. Were you just going to take it and never come back even though I paid for it? 5. We called to complain about each of these instances and whoever answered said "Don't order from us then". Don't worry....we wont
