Balvanera is a fantastic addition to Pittsburgh's culinary scene! Service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was cozy and nice. Perfect for a nice outing. The food and service were both exceptional. My server Madi had great suggestions, including a great wine pairing for my steak, and is a tremendous asset to the restaurant. Every dish was perfectly executed. Empanadas were crispy and had depth. The steak was cooked perfectly and yet was seared and crispy on the outside.
