Food is always good. Last time we came we waited a real long time for our food but when it came it all tasted good and our server was friendly.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Received no instructions on what spot to park in or who to contact upon arrival. Finally got a hold of someone she brought out my food. Horrible. My second time here. First time was bad enough but I always give everyone a second chance. Burger so over cooked it was gray. Flavorless too. Completely. Was supposed to be a double smash burger. I do think so it was a bacon burger. no smash no double. I got baked beans as a side. Tasty. more like chili but in a good way. Also asked for homemade chips. Good thing I could use a chip to dip out some beans because by no means did they think to include a utensil or a napkin. Burnt and no salt. The app doesn’t let you say how you want your meat cooked so I guess they just burn everything. Never again and ya it was radically overpriced. Didn’t even come close to eating half straight to garbage.

Burgatory is fine. The burgers are good and do offer a lot of flexibility in ordering your toppings, but they nickel and dime you for literally everything.Prices are high for what you get. Our table was wobbly, and that was annoying.The milkshake was good but was so thick we couldn't drink it for a while until it had melted, and then whole peanuts kept clogging up the straw.Do yourself a favor and make it a one-and-done experience if you've never been. There are so many better burgers out there in the 'BURGH for a lower price.

Great food and I like how you can customise your burger to how you like it or just pick one off the menu. Food did not take long to arrive and the red pitch forks in the burger is a nice touch. Got a Oreo peanut butter shake to go.

We had a large party. The waitresses were pretty good but they did forget to take the order for some of us. Took a long time to order and a long time to get the food.The nachos were delicious. Wings were ok. Gravy fries were not good, imo. But I just don’t like a bunch of stuff on my fries. Other people ate it and seemed to like it.My burger was ok. I custom made it and didn’t like that it felt really limited and very expensive. There was about 20 of us and we paid almost $700 for the food. Expensive and just ok. I wouldn’t go back. It just wasn’t great or worth the money. The boys bathroom was also really gross and dark according to my boys.I also sampled a few milkshakes and I thought there was too much going on in each one. So just a miss for me.

Great experience. Arrived in town starving and stopped at Burgatory on the way to our hotel. The service was excellent.Super friendly and welcoming!!! They have nice vegan options, the veggie burger was very satisfying and the salad was perfect. Top it off with an awesome vegan milkshake. Definitely our new go to when in town.
The food was good. The burger choices they have are very unique. I also loved the fact that they offered mocktails and milkshakes! Service was very slow. There seemed to be a lot of staff, and it wasn't very busy but I only saw my waitress twice and my food took about 40 minutes to come out. The seating was rather uncomfortable.

The burgers were very dry and there was very little sauce on them. I ordered my burger rare and it was barely even pink, they also forgot the lettuce on my burger. I was there at 5:00pm on a thursday so it could’ve been an off day or something but my experience was disappointing at best. The milkshakes were very good and the fries were okay if a little dry.

My only suggested change for Burgatory as a whole is to expand to more locations. My family has been to several and always had a great experience. The customization is really varied and the shakes are fantastic. It's almost always packed, but it's always been worth the wait if we have to wait.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and expected to wait for a table. Took about 25 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress couldn't answer my questions about the gluten free menu because she had been at school and hadn't worked there for a while. Every question we asked we were told she thought it had been that way before she's left for school. Not very helpful. Our food took 55 minutes to come out. The restaurant was busy but had a few empty tables at all times (even though there were always people waiting). No idea why it took so long. My burger that I'd ordered well done was unevenly cooked. It was pink (which isn't well done) but had a very rare spot. How is that even possible? Our waitress asked if I wanted it sent back but after waiting almost an hour to get it I didn't want to wait any longer.
