When I walked into the Chipotle, there was a little line which wasn’t a problem for me. But then as I’m waiting and waiting it in line it’s becoming longer and longer. The employees seem to care much more about their online orders rather than the people in store and I saw many people walk out. The place was a mess. There was cheese and a bunch of other stuff all over tables. When I got to the front of the line, I was told they were out of many items but they really weren’t. They just didn’t feel like making more items. And the lady who is getting my burrito together, complained about my order. And the cashier forgot to ring up my double chicken and my cup. And then decided to ring me again for double chicken and a cup. I will never come to this chipotle again.

Some of these guys preparing the food are nasty, keep talking and laughing in front of your food, spitting on it basically. Nasty, they should wear a net face mask.

Worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is unprofessional, could hear them cussing while making my food for pick up. Food was not made properly and had me wait 15 min for rice when I didn’t order anything with rice.

This Chipotle is unfortunately a lost cause. I was excited to have one open so close to home, but every single visit I’ve made to this location has been a huge disappointment.I am an avid enjoyer of Chipotle in general and have been for a long time, but this is the epitome of horrible management and apathetic employees.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve showed up during business hours and the door is locked, no sign, employees ignore you at the door. And I’m talking 8pm, not 5 minutes before close at 11pm.Every time I’ve managed to actually get food from here, they are out of multiple ingredients. Tonight will be the last night I bother to try this location because they were completely out of all meats and said they weren’t taking any orders. Waste of time, every time. Don’t bother.

Fire the whole staff entire team is a joke 4 employees giggling in the back sat at the front for 10 min waiting on someone to say hi heavy set girl yells hi from back little kid w braids then comes up and tells me they aren’t making rice and fajitas the rest of the night and don’t know when chicken will be done. Mind you it’s 730 they’re open till 11 pm. This is why you deserve minimum wage. Act like you wanna be there or quit hopefully the gm reaches out I did file a complaint w chipotle customer care

We went around 10pm and the staff were very friendly and also gave us great portions. One of the better Chipotles I have been to.

The behavior and attitude of the workers is disgusting. No empathy. Rolling your eyes at a crying fifteen year old girl and refusing to respond or acknowledge them because they got the pin to the bathroom wrong is not okay.

I don’t know who they to choose to hire or who is in charge of training, but the customer service is horrible. For this to be located in a popular area , they should have the best customer service. Open hours and entrance is not well communicated. Do better i refuse to eat food from a negative person that made it. Do better! Put signs up ! If you don’t know how to talk to people you try another line of work.

Understaffed, per usual. To boot, menu items are either out, or in short supply, and the place isn’t particularly clean. Employees are miserable as well. Just a totally unsatisfactory experience here.Parking: It’s the Strip District- good luck.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to and I’ve had some terrible experiences. I swear to you the employees just walked in off the streets and put gloves on, no training, no commons knowledge. It almost seems as if they have never been outside in the world before. I’d rather drive 20 minutes outside the city to go to a different location. It’s locations like this that make me concerned for corporates lake of care as to what goes on in their restaurants and who is managing them. Do better Chipotle take some notes from Chick-fil-a.

This chipotle is just run really poorly. Pay your workers a decent wage then maybe they’ll care to do anything better here.

This place has never been open beyond 8PM. I have gone multiple times after work for them to be already locked and closing up shop. Adjust your hours because 11pm is completely false.

Unreliable.I love Chipotle in general, was excited it was coming to The Strip.Sometimes you order food and they make fun of your choices to your face. Toss that up to the need to hire people who are learning to be decent to people, right? My last straw for reviewing this: I ordered pickup on the app today and walked there only to be told they could not do any orders at all because the sole employee had no backup. Then the employee tells me he can't cancel my order. Bonus: I can't cancel the order myself.I have to call customer service myself to cancel the order. Customer service couldn't comprehend how much it sucks to put in an order and walk almost a mile to waste your time when you're hungry. Nice! Just what I wanted to do for lunch.Love wasting my time and appetite here. I hope one day someone tries to lead the place.
