The staff is really rude and stingy. I remember my experiences distinctly and their unwillingness to provide decent service. The staff constantly shouts at their customers for basic requests like asking for a bag and/or water cup. Furthermore, the portions given in this branch are miniscule. You'd be much better off going to the other branch on Forbes Ave.
The WORST Chipotle I ever been to. This is my second time to this location and I thought I couldn’t get a worse experience. You’ll waste money for half the usual portion size AND rude service. Everyone seems like they hate their job. Safe your time and money and go to the one in Central Oakland by Pitt.
