I absolutely love Mr. Colombino’s coffee. It’s so smooth and creamy with no bitterness, the beans are so fresh and sustainably sourced. If you’re feeling fancy order the mocha. It’s not fast drink, because he uses fresh cacao beans and grinds them right there. And it’s not really sweet like a typical mocha, so the coffee still shines through. Get the pan de queso! Tbh we get both the guava and the dolce de leche dips & it is such a perfect pairing with your coffee! All the coffee is good but the Moka with real cacao is next level, it's not like a mocha you might be used to, not ultra-sweet - adds a chocolate depth of flavor that's just delicious! Highly recommend stopping by while your in the strip. Service was super quick and friendly & they have a few spots to sit as well!
