They ran out of doughnuts on a Sunday morning. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to go through app. No communication I had to approach after waiting there. Staff seemed stressed.
Is there any way the app can be updated if they’re out of something? Twice now, I’ve ordered ahead and I don’t know that they’re out of something I ordered until I get to the restaurant and they tell me, and then I have to wait longer when the point of ordering ahead is to skip the wait. I settle for something else so my money doesn’t go to waste, but this needs to be fixed. I refuse to go back to the Market Square Dunkin location which is horrendous, and I’d hate...read full review
