My wife and I came in yesterday evening for dinner and some drinks. Our server ( blond hair medium length in a ponytail) was absolutely terrible, she was obviously high. She was nodding off just standing there taking our order. My wife asked her if she was going to okay, she said " yeah I'm just so tired from working and not sleeping well". She was slurring her words and definitely under the influence of something. We absolutely love Jade Grill and come there frequently but her as our server was a first. Last week we got Michelle ( we believe her name is) brand new server. I believe it was her first or second day last week, she was amazing and we were going to ask to change our server to Michelle but unfortunately she had her hands full with it being a full house.

The owner and his team were so accommodating, and the service was excellent! I absolutely loved the ambiance, variety, and vast spirit selection at the bar! I will definitely be a regular moving forward!

$13 for 6 dumplings? More than two dollars per dumpling? You have to be kidding me. The food is good but it's not $2 per dumpling good. Was it just a mistake in my order?

My family and I have consistently given this place a shot over a few years. Tonight we ordered via Grubhub and the restaurant confirmed, delivery was expected by 715. I called at 730, they asked for my address and said it's with the delivery driver. At 8, I receive an order cancellation. I called back, and same person answered and she said it was cancelled because they're not accepting orders. I reminded her that she said it was with the delivery driver, which must have been a lie or did not actually check...then she said they stopped accepting grub hub at 730...to which I replied we ordered at 630. I could write multiple other delivery examples. Last time we ate in person, it was so spicy and salty we had to send back. I'm probably an outlier, and it's my issue with continuing to give another shot. However, I have been extremely fortunate to travel and eat all over the world and I deliberately created an account to write this feedback because it's been baffling and frustrating to deal with this restaurant on many occasions. When the pieces fall into place, we've had good meals. But it's been wildly inconsistent.

I have ordered take out and delivery from Jade Grille multiple times. The food is always fresh and hot, and the portions are appropriate. It can be hard to find parking if you dine in or take out. However, I do still recommend trying.

Used to think this place was decent but it has gotten progressively bad. This is what $36.50 gets you now. Ridiculous. Go to Little Tokyo or Sesame Inn and get a much better meal at a much better price.
I love Jade Grille's tastes, but for some reason whenever I order the szechuan spicy dumplings for delivery, I get jipped on the sauce. Now, when eating in, I could live on these things. Three meals a day every day. But delivery is another issue. This time I even ASKED for extra sauce, and what did I get? Barely enough sauce to season the dumplings, and this wasn't the first time. Other food was good, but this one thing keeps happening so I'm leaving this for Jade Grille to address.

I get it's Christmas but if I'm sitting at the bar and it takes me over 30 minutes for someone to even give me a menu and acknowledge me after trying to flag bartenders multiple times, then for them to tell me that I am more than well come to order a drink but any food is going to take a minimum of 2 hours is insane and down right unprofessional. I'd think that bartenders work on tips and would prefer to wait on people eating and drinking at the bar and not to go orders that aren't tipping anything. Their loss. If your looking for Chinese, there are plenty of other places that will treat you better. Stay away from this place. They don't need your business.

If you are in Mt Lebo you must stop and try this place out! Food is always great and they give huge portions so you will always have left overs! Honestly would rather go here over sesame inn. Much better food and tastes better! Must try!

While visiting the area for work I came here as I saw they had authentic Szechuan dishes on their menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the décor is unlike most other Chinese restaurants, as it's really nice inside. I started with their egg drop soup, which was tasty, with a hint of sesame oil. Next up was their spicy garlic cucumbers, which had a nice kick to them, but weren't spicy. The cucumbers were fresh and there were a lot in the bowl; they tasted even better with a splash of Kikoman on them! The next thing I had was their scallion pancakes - They were the proper thickness and offered a nice crips. The scallion flavor in them was prevalent and they were really good, especially with the black garlic vinegar dipping sauce. Entrée was their cumin beef, with fried rice. The fried rice had egg, but no veggies and it tasted good. The cumin beef was pretty decent, but far from the best flavor of cumin dry wok'd Szechuan food I've ever enjoyed. The veggies were sliced too big and so was the garlic; I prefer thinly sliced garlic, it works so much better in the wok and then tastes great, but bigger chunks of garlic aren't very good in this dish. The beef was tender though. Wasn't very spicy, not as spicy as I'm used to from this dish. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and experience here and would return.
