I've long been a fan of this restaurant chain over the years, & perhaps my observations only apply to the Pittsburgh location. The restaurant felt a little tired with regards to its upkeep. Had 7:30 reservations, there was a line out the door and no one had any idea where to go for walk ins, reservations, check ins. The only way to figure out what was going on was to ask strangers next to me. When we were seated 20 minutes after my reservation time, I was then informed that there was no soda whatsoever and my choice was water. Really? Everything was excellent! Service was great. Food was incredible. We've been here a bunch of times and have never been disappointed. I had a chop salad that had something interesting in the dressing. Shrimp kisses were very tasty and the sea bass was amazing! I'll keep going back for sure.
