I had such an amazing experience yesterday when I ordered a chicken burrito from a supervisor named Christian. Not only did Christian help me create a tasty burrito; she also was extremely sweet, patient, and able to keep a wonderful conversation. Christian made me feel very welcomed on my very late lunch break. Thank you so much Christian for not only the tasty burrito but for your bright calming personality. I will be coming to Moe’s a lot more. 5 stars !

Overall consistent experience here. You can eat inside OR outside! (You shouldn't eat outside though) I came in here once and wanted to just get a bag of chips without placing an order and they just gave me some for free! Pretty cool

I've ordered both delivery and in person at this location and every single time I get the wrong order. There's one assembly line for both mobile and in person orders and the line gets chaotic and orders get mixed up constantly. Just ordered a ground beef stack, had to correct the employee as he started putting my toppings on a someone else's order. Then after leaving I bit into a tofu one, wrapped in a ground beef wrapper. Some vegetarian is going to have a bad day.It's a shame because I love their food but what's the point if you never get what you order?

It’s more like 2 star review however I am being easy on them because I love MOE’s. However this specific location’s service is VERY BAD. Portions are too small comparing to other MOE’s location I been to. They are also very rude and not kind, almost robots are

I was getting a bowl and asked for extra chicken, the employee then proceeded to whisper something into their coworkers ear and scoop me one tiny scoop of chicken as the extra chicken, maybe 3 or 4 diced pieces, and continued down the line as if that was enough for $3 extra chicken. This moes sucks.

Could be a little less stingy with the portions. Especially the bears and rice.
Food is always good! The young man who took care of us had the most amazing attitude and personality! Couldn't ask for better service. Very busy evening in market square with the holiday market happening, so it was not the cleanest in comparison to the multitude of other times I have been there.

This location is right downtown close to PPG Place (Castle Looking Glass Skyscraper). My mobile order was prepared fresh. The free chips and salsa bar are a nice touch.
