Red Lobster is a restaurant that has seen a decline in its food quality. While some dishes, such as shrimp scampi, are "ok", others, like lobster tail, lack flavor. The biscuits are also a disappointment. However, the service is a highlight, with some servers, like Kim E. and Ryan E., providing excellent and attentive service. A recent visit with a group from the Brighton Heights senior center found the waitress to be particularly wonderful, ensuring everyone's needs were met.
