The two is for how the drink tasted and everything else was a big disappointment! I was leaving American Eagle and placed my order for one drink. I did not pay attention to the time at all. I stopped to shop at Aerie, and then I headed down to pick up my drink. It wasn't there! I looked back at my phone and my wait time was over 25 minutes but the worst part was that after 25 minutes it wasn't there! I waited almost 35 minutes. I tried to cancel but couldn't. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. Starbucks went down hill. Everything's even more money for a poorer quality in my opinion. Service is okay but seem to be confused of what their making. They try but 15 minutes for a latte was a little much.
