Cater was so seriously so helpful, so kind, and so sweet. He helped me better under the menu and how to order. After not caring for my first drink he remade a new one for me that was everything I needed. Great experience, thank you again Cater!
I won't tip for to-go orders, and they don't seem to let you know your order is ready if you don't. A tip is for service, and I'm not paying $1-2 on a $6 order so they will yell my name. The order is at least timely and correct.
