Taco Bell in Pittsburgh

“I went through the drive through and got the 2 piece chicken tender with water. The guy handing us our food was nice did forget our straw but was very apologetic and polite. The food was quite good the ranch that came with it had a nice kick. Overall pretty good. The water was 75 percent ice though.“

“Always quick and friendly service when I come through the drive-thru late night. Always get my order right too! Only concern I do have is that my Baja Blast’s taste a little “chemically” sometimes… Not sure if it’s from the syrup box running low or that it’s from the soda nozzles possibly being soaked overnight…“

“Dan took care of me on front counter, he was so sweet. We were talking about bad customer experiences for a sec because we both work in customerer service, then I went back to get my crunch wrap cut in half and he did it no questions asked. And I won a prize in the cup toss thing and got a free combo meal out of it! Safe to say go here and say hi to Dan but don't be mean he doesn't deserve to put up with your bullsh*t just because you're hangry... Calm down Karen

“Idk why this place has so few stars. Its the only tacobell that is friendly and quick after 11pm. The employees in monroeville stops serving entirely after 8pm due to laziness so I always end up at this one. I know positivity is not heard often in the industry, but keep up the work.“

“Every time we go, the service is really good and the food is much better than you would ever expect from a Taco Bell! Maybe it’s because it’s paired with a KFC, maybe it’s because of the excellent management. The staff always greets you with a warm smile and is very friendly. “I want to give a quick shoutout to my local Taco Bell. I went on a Monday at 2 am, and it was perfect. I wouldn’t expect to get the best quality service or food at 2 am on a Monday but that’s what I got. Not only was my food perfect and not messed up, it was even better than it normally is. I frequently go late nights like these and the experience is always smooth and great. So yea I appreciate the quality at such in inconvenient time.“

“The 45 minute wait for some tacos and chips made the food taste so much better, the excitement of not knowing if your order is gonna be ready next was exhilarating. It made me feel young again. The 45 minutes of hanging out with my significant other while we wait for our food is what makes life worth living. Above all, the actually quite friendly and fun staff is the reason I stayed and waited for the food, they work hard and I appreciate them for it.“

“I go to this Taco Bell near weekly during lunch over the past couple months and the girl who takes my order is exceptionally polite. Also, unlike most Taco Bells, the tortillas I have found to be fresh on the regular. They haven't messed up my order and I mean the bean burritos are sublime. 10/10“

“It’s a good Taco Bell, which means your food is right most of the time. Not all the time, but it’s Taco Bell on the north shore. You’re paying for quality or service or you wouldn’t be here in the first place. Get over yourself if your order is wrong- it’s Taco Bell. “so like all fast food places you go, especially during being slammed, things get messed up. theres a lot of complaints pertaining to those simple “screw ups” but if you were looking for an upscale meal maybe you should take ur yuppie ahh to another place. anyways, they forgot my tacos and i went in, manager was so kind and even pointed out i was missing another item that i hadn’t even noticed. replaced the tacos yay happy eats!!“

“Please dont give bad rating here anymore maybe new owner here, since I order my food doordash and they prepare wrong actually instead of beans they put meat in my food which is better but I am veg but when I came to ask replacement they replace and gave me 1 taco free coupon. They were nice.“
