Texas Roadhouse is a popular spot, especially on busy nights like Mother's Day. The service is usually good, like our server Jay who made our family dinner enjoyable. The ribs were delicious, a favorite alongside the rib-eye. However, some experiences can be disappointing, like cold steaks and subpar meals. Despite this, it's generally clean and recommended to friends. A mixed bag, but Jay's excellent service stands out among the hits and misses at Texas Roadhouse.
