The Tom yam soup was great. The duck soup was disappointing as the broth lacked richness and very little meat.

Absolutely one of the most authentic Thai place I’ve experienced outside of Thailand. Food is great, service is outstanding and the menu has a terrific variety that represents an awesome value. Highly recommended.

This review is so long overdue bc all my friends and family know how I feel abt Thai & Noodle Outlet. I don’t write reviews often but I have to rave about this place.Thai & Noodle Outlet is my favorite Thai place ever after having lived in Pittsburgh for 6+ years. It is one of the things I miss most about living in Pittsburgh, and make a point to come back every time I’m revisiting the city. I would give it 10 stars if I could.Every single menu item I’ve had is 10/10. I’ve been there so many times and tried so many things that the staff (which are all delightful) have started to recognize me bc I am rly that obsessed with this place.I wish I had more pictures but some of my favorites are the Tom yum / Tom kha soups, Basil entree, Sukothai noodle soup, red and green curry noodle soups, pineapple / outlet fried rice, pad see ew, and Ba Mee.Their food heals my soul. Thai & Noodle Outlet is love. Thai & Noodle Outlet is life. I simply cannot imagine a world without Thai & Noodle Outlet. Please don’t ever change.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh. Real Thai quality. It's make fast. Togo orders have great plastic containers and not stir foam containers that many other restaurants use. Try the mango tofu salad and the Pad Key Mao noodles

I love the Pad Thai with a medium spice level! Always delicious, especially after having the dumplings for appetiser! Fast and friendly service!

Updated 2023: wow! Really good food and perfectly reasonable service for a small almost hole in the wall. Had the papaya salad, green curry, and sukiyaki noodles and all were very good. And they actually made it spicy enough, which happens seldom in Pittsburgh. I'd happily come here again, I think it's one of the better Thai places in the city now. Glad we came back.2018 review for posterity: Started out promising: the Tom Yum soup was great. But got a bit disappointing: the eggplant tofu was good but nowhere near the spice level we asked for (not spicy enough). And the pink noodle shrimp was meh - may have just ordered the wrong thing, but the flavors weren't all that. Server was nice but hadn't tried many of the items on the menu we asked about.

It was my first time trying this restaurant, but I will definitely be back. Out of all the Thai restaurants I’ve tried in Pittsburgh, Thai & Noodle Outlet takes the cake. The pineapple curry is divine.
DELICIOUS.I got the duck noodle soup... low on spice scale. It was just exploding with flavor. The duck was so mouthwatering. I'll be thinking about that soup for a few months. The crab rangoons are also very tasty... crispy, perfect, delicious.

Love this place, perfect casual Thai restaurant that doesn't break the bank, but still delivers great food. Their Thai Iced tea is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I could eat literally anything else on the menu for the rest of my life and be happy. I recommend coming in for the lunch specials! The service is quick and friendly, and even if it wasn't-- the food would make up for it :)

Excellent food, service and prices! I have food allergies and they were very accommodating!Dietary restrictions: Many options for gluten, dairy, and egg allergies! I did not get any reaction, and I am super sensitive to cross contamination.

Some of the best thai food I've ever had. Food and service quality so good, I've logged onto both accounts to give you 5 stars from me......and another 5 stars from my daughter. My other review is an absolute essay so I'll just say that the red curry is phenomenal and their dipping sauces give me good dreams. Love this place. Will be back without a doubt.
