I love the porch - the servers are always lovely and the food is usually pretty good. Happy hour specials are meh. To be honest it’s way over priced for what you get and the vibes are just not giving but I’ll keep going back due to the convenient location lol take from that what you wish!Parking: Good luck parking!
Had the beef dip. Unfortunately, I am used to beef in a French dip much more thinly sliced .There was a rubbery strip of grizzle running through it and it was a bit dry. The toasting of it and the dip was the best thing about it. The salad was good except there was a large puddle of water in the bottom of the bowl.I have never criticized in a review and have sent food back maybe 2 times in my life. And I'm retired. I thought the menu was a bit pricey for the selections. Great...read full review

Perfectly fine lunch. I had the fish and chips, which were of the lighter, panko variety. They did not come with enough tartar, and I had to ask twice for an extra side of it. I also never got the coffee refill I asked for, and the first cup was cold. They were busy and working hard, but the service seems caught between sit-down and counter service.
