“Visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of customers since it was the weekend. The employees were nice and did a great job at keeping the crowd moving. I ordered through the app in store and received my cookies in less than 5 minutes. The space is clean and the cookies were great as usual.“
“Always a win at Minooka! I’ve ordered pies and cakes for special occasions, and I’ve also dropped in for last-minute sweets from the display. Family and friends always compliment their desserts, and it has saved me tons of time with their easy online ordering. Their key lime pie has become a birthday tradition for my family, and the strawberry cake will probably be my daughter’s favorite birthday cake ever. The customer service is top notch, even on their busiest days like Pi Day and pickup for thanksgiving orders. My only suggestion would be to have a separate line for desserts ordered ahead on those busy days. I hope minooka continues to enjoy many more years of success with their delicious food and friendly service!Dietary restrictions: They have a designated gluten free freezer case with a great variety of desserts and breads. “Wow! How did I never hear about this place?! Staff is welcoming and professional, and the food is awesome! I had this amazing chocolate, strawberry latte, which was SO good, I'm actually getting thirsty now thinking about it! I got the Thursday Taco Special, which was excellent, but now I can't wait to go back to try the quiches, croissants and home made soups. I took a loaf of the cranberry walnut bread home, and after my husband ate 3 slices, he asked me to never bring it home again- ha! Now I can't wait to try their chicken salad sandwhich on that bread! What a great little place! My new favorite!“

“The staff here was very nice, the cheesecake was delicious and very good texture! I would love to say that I will be back soon but I think 7$ a small slice is way too much. I’m surprised no one else mentioned that in their reviews. It’s 40$ for a whole cake at about 12 slices? That’s 84$ at 7 per slice so if you can only charge 40$ I think 4-5$ per slice is more reasonable and prob bring in more business! Also no one I mentioned it to even knew the store was there and frequent that plaza often. Maybe a large neon sign and an arrow would help stand out against the flashy nail place signs. Good luck in your business, you have a great product , yummy flavors and such creativity.“
