“Discovered this locally owened business and highly recommend! Ordered beef brisket and pulled pork; there were two sauce choice, BBQ and mustard, recommend the mustard. Both entrees were smoky, tender, and flavorful. The pork had a nice bark on it. The collard greens were delightfully spicy and the brussel sprouts were crisp with a surprising vinegar dressing. Acoustic guitar from 7pm to 9pm was awesome, as was the beer list...a dozen beers on draft.Highly recommend and will return!“

“Down to earth blues club. Moondogs keeps it simple and stays true to itself. One side of the room is a stage and tables for listening. The other side is a bar. I would prefer more options for beer on tap, and I feel like Moondogs has been left behind, but perhaps that is intentional.“

“Dad’s Pub & Grub in Monroeville! Was out at Monroeville Mall with a friend and we were looking for some good food and stumbled upon this gem!! Seen it had good reviews and the food looked awesome and the reviews/pics definitely did NOT disappoint. Started out with chicken tenders with a dry rub & ranch for dipping. Then for our meals I got a Cuban & my friend got the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fresh cut fries. The Cuban was amazing!! And one of the biggest I’ve ever had. I really liked the mustard sauce. The fresh cut fries were delicious too. The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious and absolutely giant for the price of $11!!!!! (I believe the Cuban was also $11) And that price INCLUDES the fries. We also split a side of Mac and cheese which was pretty good! Had a nice flavor and the sauce was nice & creamy. I also had a delicious cocktail but can’t remember the name. It had Tanqueray gin, lavender/chamomile infused simple syrup & fresh lemon juice. Deliciousness all around and such good prices!! 5 stars 10/10 highly recommend!!“

“I recently worked in the Delmont area and stayed for a few nights. Looking for a place to grab food and some cold beer, I noticed this place and decided to try it out. From the moment I sat down at the bar, i knew this was my kind of place. Extremely friendly staff, incredible food, and the beer pitchers hit the spot. I had their jalapeño popper burger and could have easily eaten another, it was so good. My coworker and I decided to come back the next night and had an equally great time. This place will be a must go-to from now on, anytime I’m in the area.“

“It's like being at your favorite dinner table with family and friends! With our beautiful Italian family gathering around the bar area in numbers of about 15 Friday night, we had a blast! Yes, Joe is our cousin and that is definitely warm and wonderful but Louise, Joe's matriarch, was there too which made it extra special. Lulu, chef, Delaney, "Ms. Brown", Linda and all staff were amazing and fun. So the food, sauteed arthichoke hearts, pasta fagioli, wedding soup, Chicken Romano, Veal Romano, beverage list unsurpassed and our usual standards and oh the red velvet cheesecake was picture and taste perfect. All food made to order fresh and it definitely shows the attention to every morsel we enjoyed. Oh, the bread is made locally and it's the best. We were almost the last to leave and we have all the photos to show our fun time. Can't wait to go back for their Sunday sauce. Salute and see you soon. “Big portions, home cooked food. We go once every few months and I've never had a meal I didn't like. The French onion soup and the pecan balls are my favorites. Their pizza crust is probably the only thing I avoid; it's not bad, but it's not good.“

“My wife's friend had a little party there and we had a nice time and the fried chicken was on point so I definitely want to thank the cook. The drinks were pretty good too but if there was one thing they could improve on it is making Margaritas which weren't too good but I will still give 5 stars ?“

Honestly I was told the blue lagoon was really good and it's vodka blue curaçao lemonade it was a very good drink just wish it had more lemonade flavor to it. And as far as the raspberry long island goes it's perfectly delicious and scrumptious. Their seasoned fries and Mac attack bowls Cajun shrimp was quite delicious. Although personally I might ask for more Cajun next time. I love to be able to see it in the delicious creamy white sauce they pair it with also the shrimp in this delicious delicacy is fried. “I just saw Sleep signals and it was a great show, I haven't seen a show at the sub alpine in about 12 years. I did enjoy myself and plan on attending any future shows. I recommend everyone check out the sub alpine, the place has a great small local venue feel and I love it. next show is on May 28th“

“On May 8, 2024 around 2:30 pm, my family and I dined at the Juniper Grill - Murrysville, Pa. Each item was great accept for the Skillet Cornbread which had too much sugar on top ($6.50). The starter, Crab Tostada ($18) had a “very thick” Chipotle Crema but it was delicious. The one, approximately 4” diameter by about one inch thick Crab Cake on the salad was great. The Grilled Salmon ($25), take out Brisket Quesadilla ($17) and the Juniper House Salad ($6) were fantastic. While we were eating, the hostess used a mechanical sweeper collecting debris from the floor of the main area, near us. I asked her to do that work after we leave. She stopped and apologized to us. Hopefully, at our next visit we will enjoy a dust free dining experience.“

“Food and portions are great. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed as she kept going from table to table, looking for ranch dressing and other condiments as if they didn't have enough bottles to go around. They brought appetizers and salad and soup out together. We got potato skins and the cheese inside reminded me of cheese whiz. They kept asking if we were done, as if they needed our plates. It's not much to look at, and bathrooms are not in the best shape. Actually I think they had to many people to wait on and possibly not enough help which you find in a lot of places today. Not sure we will return.Parking: Parking is limited as their parking lot seemed to be used by others. It was pretty full when we got there but when we went in its not that big, so all the people from the cars were not inside the restaurant“

“Super disappointing, ordered wings and they said only 30 minutes. An hour later and they were finally ready for pick up after standing their for 30 minutes then they proceeded to hand me the wrong order. Only received 6 wings. The order was messed up from the start. Won’t be ordering again“

“Went with my Aunt after a movie on Sunday around 4:00. Service was great! The food was delicious. The portions are generous. I had a Reuben and fries. My Aunt had a hot roast beef with gravy and fries. Both were served in a timely manner. Everything hot and wonderful.“

“Taco Tuesdays are a great value, Their Bull Burgers are phenomenal, but what I cant get enough of are those buffalo tots. I am typically not one for tator tots but the way they make them, they are out of this world. Served with a nice side of Nacho Cheese.....wow. The staff are always friendly and the food is made fast. For those who enjoy a nice tasty Budweiser, they actually have it on Tap, and for us who enjoy gods gift to beer, that's a rare thing around these parts.“

“The Fawn Tavern is a special place to me. Yes, it's close to my home and a stop in is just convenient at times, but also it's the kind of wonderful dive bar I love.It allows smoking, has a free jukebox on Wednesdays, cheap drinks and the occasional live entertainment. It's a cash only establisment so bring the dollars, but you don't have to spend a lot to have a good time. There's also karaoke Thursday where you get to hear the locals sing their favorites again and again.The bartenders are great and friendly.The regulars give each other a friendly hard time and there's almost always some good barroom talk entertainment to keep the drinks flowing.So, no, I don't want to tell everyone about The Fawn cause I like it just the way it is, but I am telling you about it because everyone should stop in and experience The Fawn.“
