Monday November 27, 2023 5:40 PM - Arby’s is out of roast beef! “We are flash cooking some but it won’t be ready until 6:30” Seriously, Arby’s is out of roast beef!

Went in to order some roast beef sandwiches tonight, they were out of roast beef and steak... how? How can you run out of the food you are most famous for? You seriously didn't order enough roast beef that you ran out by 9 pm on a Friday? We were going to just order chicken, then I saw the gentleman behind the area behind the counter, pants almost to his knees, light gray underwear on full display, dancing around. If management can't enforce something as simple as keeping your pants up for a more sanitary environment, what else are they letting slip by? We didn't want to risk it, so we left and went to another fast food restaurant.

Tisha (I pray I spelled it right) is amazing! This is definitely not our first time at Arby’s and the last few times we have gone through the drive through she has been there to assist us with our order. She is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service even before you get to the window you can sense it through the drive through intercom! No matter how busy they are she greats you with a reassuring smile and rolls with the punches! The service was great and our food was as usual awesome!

Food was exactly as expected for your typical Arby's fast-food fare. What really stuck out out about this location was the staff. Drive through was very busy and inside, the staff was apologetic for delays, but they didn't need to be! Ran like a well-oiled machine and their supervisor/manager was calling the shots (like a boss!) . Can't remember names, but whoever was working the late shift on July 21, 2023 deserves a raise. Fast food the way it was intended!

Well I don’t know the name of the person but they had long bright green nails. They were scratching so hard and so much that I just walked out. I really had a taste for a beef and cheddar but omg I could not believe she was just standing there scratching and touching people’s food. Did not wash her hands after scratching nor did she try to dust the dead skin off of the bags or counter she was scratching over. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever saw. You definitely lost a customer. I hate to be that person but I know a lot of people who eat here and I care about their wellbeing so I’m going to share this with them and leave it up to them if they want to continue to eat here. Atrocious. Get it together green nails girl. Hope it’s not contagious.

I don't understand when you walk in the door why the lady behind the counter starts throwing a fit and whining she has customers. When you place your order, she complins if tyou ask for sauce, like I just tore her left foot off to get me a horsey sauce. If the drink and condiments section were cleaned and filled , I wouldn't have needed to ask. IF it was right around closing, I would completely understand. It was dinner time. I have been going here for many years, today was my last!!!
