Tisha (I pray I spelled it right) is amazing! This is definitely not our first time at Arby’s and the last few times we have gone through the drive through she has been there to assist us with our order. She is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service even before you get to the window you can sense it through the drive through intercom! Food was exactly as expected for your typical Arby's fast-food fare. What really stuck out out about this location was the staff. Drive through was very busy and inside, the staff was apologetic for delays, but they didn't need to be! Ran like a well-oiled machine and their supervisor/manager was calling the shots (like a boss!) . Can't remember names, but whoever was working the late shift on July 21, 2023 deserves a raise. Fast food the way it was intended!

I don't understand when you walk in the door why the lady behind the counter starts throwing a fit and whining she has customers. When you place your order, she complins if tyou ask for sauce, like I just tore her left foot off to get me a horsey sauce.
