“I grew up on Pudge's cheese steaks and thought as a kid that all cheese steaks were the same, because I only ever had Pudge's. Boy was I wrong. I moved out of Penn Square Village when I was about 20. If you asked me what I miss most, it would be Pudge's. I moved to Pottstown about 25 years ago and looked for a good cheese steak shop. There are a few that are eehh, ok. But none like my childhood Pudge's. It's been 35 years and when I made a FACEBOOK post asking recommendations, a friend said Pudge's. I didn't know that there was a new location in Coventry. I was so excited and not disappointed. It was just like I remember!“
“Took the wife to Philly for our anniversary and I could not leave without grabbing a cheesesteak… the wife got a chicken parm and we split a bacon cheese fry… large portions… cheesesteak was cheese, provolone and jalapeños only and did not disappoint… the chicken parm was really good too… the chicken was really good… and you can’t go wrong with cheese/bacon fries… food was served quick and fresh..! Staff was friendly and location was clean… something they had inside that was unique was a map from all over so you could mark where you were from… crazy to see people from all over that have been there…“
“We ordered their white pizza, and it was delicious. The only hiccup was they said the order would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes, and when I got there, they just started making it, and it took another 15 minutes to wait. But oh well. Things don't always go as planned.“
“I have passed this food truck more than several times with intentions of stopping. I never have, until today and Holy cow do I wish I would have when I first saw it!! It was AWESOME!!! The roll was fresh, the cheese was aplenty but not too much, and the meat was tender and tasty!! I’m not a fried onion fan but I had a few on it and they were very tender and not overpowering at all. As I’m eating corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day( which I love by the way) I will most likely wishing I had another cheesesteak to eat. See you again soon Deezy!“
“Jays Steaks in Royersford PA has to be the most amazing steak I've had in forever.I had a provolone steak with long hots, the roll was scooped and toasted and it was chewy and held up the steak, not soggy, not under or over cooked. This was as near perfect a steak as I've ever had.You can taste the pride and love put into their steaks. It is a small family owned business that works on word of mouth. You need to check them out if you haven't already.“
“A very kind owner I walked in to buy some pizza and he gave me the pizza for free very generous guy I told him I was doing Uber and I was working on night and to tell you the truth I did not really have a lot of money to spend it was such a blessing to receive the pizza for free and believe it or not the pizza was actually great I would recommend anyone to go to Dimitri's God bless that owner he deserves everything he gets“
“Good food and excellent service. Menu is diverse and large so plenty of options for picky eaters in your group. Prices are very reasonable so it's a great place if you are solo or trying to feed a large group. Intimate, inviting atmosphere as well. Highly recommend you eat here.“

“Monsoon rains, winds and flooded roads but I made it back to try the other varieties of steak. It did not disappoint!waiting for the brick and mortar store in Pottstown to be indoors. All in all, great food and worth the short wait in flooding rains.“
