We have gone by it while traveling on 422 plenty of times, always noticed a consistent flow of patrons; decided, instead of a night at the more expensive steakhouses in KOP, to try the TX Roadhouse. Glad we did! Those dinner rolls with cinnamon butter will get you, delicious!Had the barbecue grilled chicken breast, very moist and flavorful, choosed a side of loaded potato, and house salad, raspberry ice tea was the delicious beverage of choice. For a moderately priced dinner, compared to the more expensive KOP dinner haunts we frequent, great value and great food. Attractive menu, with a diverse variety of entrees, sides and appetizers to choose from. Our server, Savannah was on point! Appreciated the manager stopping by to check and ask how the service was going.“

“I understand why my parents and grandparents have been visiting this place regularly since a very long time (perhaps 1982). Excellent stromboli with a great balance of dough, meat, cheese, and peppers. Despite having a little too much cheese and not enough broccoli, radishes, or peppers, the chef salad was still really tasty. Overall though, I'm eager to return because we're looking for a Pottstown establishment that can take the place of Ice House.“
